I have ordered * products from Nykaa app and opt cod option. Out of * products, Nykaa has delivered * products on *st May. I have been continuously chasing them. Yesterday their customers care representative Paras said we cannot help you up as the product is delivered by Nykaa. They do cheat with their customers.
My loreal anti-dandruff shampoo is still not delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
