I ordered a pair of Gucci leather boots and YSl Lou bag on **th October from Solo Luxury worth ******/- and via bank transfer and was promised delivery by **th November alongwith an order update every two days. It has been * months I have not received my order or refund back. I was threatened to delete my complaint from voxya earlier. I have a proof of the same. They take money and never deliver order, they will keep extending the date and eventually stop replying.
It's a fraud company. I am sure they are forcing other people to close there complaint too.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
