I have ordered one US Polo Tshirt of pink color in the *st week of january. When the delivery guy came to deliver the parcel we were not at home and that guy did not handover that product to our watchman also. On *th january, I got an email that product is delivered but in actual it was not. When I raised a complaint of the same, they sent me a POD of signature where in these corona times, no one is taking POD yet they sent some false POD claiming it as an original one. Customer service allegedly closed my complaint without giving proper response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
