Hi team this is regarding an escalation to my order which was not delivered back in dec I raise concern as I have paid the money not received product and moreover blinkit didn't notify me that this product is not delivered I myself has to get back. To them . Simple summary from blinkit. Apology won't happen again and after fighting they share with me refund Vian promo code of *** rs. Destiny has one other plans and I was hospitalized to undergo surgery. And was not in condition to use that code as it expired on ** Jan **** Now I am asking my money which is my hard earned , to give me back . Now they are saying we can reissue. Is this operation team works. Customer money, blinkit didn't deliver , blinkit didn't realise , customer realise missing order , not requesting for human cause to extend date or reissue refund * which is not used by customer & money is with blinkit.
Kindly do needful. Return my product or money.. which I have full right.
