Meghana YR filed complaint against Royaloak Furniture on May 29, 2021
Faulty office chair delivered. Description on website doesn't match to what they have actually delivered. Website description says the seat is ** inch from the floor. But the chair delivered is only ** inch and is very uncomfortable. They are not trying to provide any resolution. They are claiming that what they have delivered is correct. Customer satisfaction is the least you will get.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
