Royaloak Furniture — Ordered a chair on **th June ****. order not delivered and no clear response from online team

I have been trying to reach royaloak customer care for past ** days on my product delivery but no response (multiple mails sent but no response)
No notifications regarding shipment have been received through mail or sms
Even delivery date crossed but you don't know whom to reach.
I reached nearest store and checked with them, they too don't have idea (they said).
Customer support helpline rarely connects and says you will receive mail notification from concerned team but no mail received
no option to cancel the order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
