The cruyff bar chair shown in the website is sleek and the product delivered is bulky and looks completely different from the web image. After taking *** % advance, they delayed the shipment by * months and then delivered something completely different. I have asked them to change the cushion part to a slimmer one, but no response yet. I am not obliged to accept whatever is delivered and m extremely unhappy with the product and their unprofessional behavior. Either I want the Seat changed or I want a refund.
