Ordered for a house decor wall clock on ** July **** on Wooden Street web Portal online and paid the full amount to the Wooden street company online. For which they assured delivery in * days.
But even after ** days, they didn't deliver. Doesn't care about the online ticket complaint raised in their portal. All tickets raised * times are closed internally in their website without resolving the issue.
Fed up with their non-responsiveness and poor service. It's causing a lot of personal time waste and mental agony. I would like to raise a consumer case against them and demand a heavy penalty for this breach of service provided after payment and non-responsiveness.
Tickets raised with No. ******, ******, ******, ****** like that But no corrective action taken and they are least bothered for the customer's cry. VERY VERY VERY BAD service.
Even after many complaints, they told they are out of stock and refund the money. But even after one month of that conversation also they didn’t deliver the product or refund. Its real cheating and recklessness towards the customer's grief.
Fun part is payment done on ** July and they received it but they say Order ****** is placed on a later date which is not correct and false. It it is out of stock have they realized it after two months after receiving the payment whilst they assure in their website portal that delivery within * days??
This is complete farce and violation of customer/consumer rights and they need to pay for my waste of time and mental agony caused for the last ** days
