Wooden Street based on Jodhpur is providing substandard quality of furniture. They have good products in the showroom. They get full payment in advance. They take * - * weeks for delivery but they promise to delivery within * weeks. I ordered by May * and they promised to deliver by May **. On account of this, they didn't even allow us to choose the upholstery for the dining table. The first time they delivered by Jun *st after multiple followups and customer service. Quality and finishing were too bad so I sent back the furniture after * hours of call with the Manager Nitish. Again they promised for delivery by Jun * but didn't happen. Finally, they delivered by Jun **th but the quality is again the same and not much improvement. When I demanded refund they are not providing. When I inspected the quality of work the wood I believe is re-used from different furniture. There was a lot of chippings and scratches. Packing quality is also very poor.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
