Poor services of woodenstreet. First they delayed in delivering my product by more than ** days from the date of commitment. And then they left the installation half done and now stop picking up and responding to my calls.
I ordered a double bed from this vendor on **th Oct ****, they mention in their website that they will deliver the product by *-* weeks time, but they couldn't fulfill that and after much follow up they finally delivered it on **rd December'**. They were not equipped with all installation tools and fixtures and promised to fix it the very next day. No one appeared and the person stopped picking the calls now. Neither is he responding to my messages. I tried to call him from another number and the moment he heard my voice, he kept the phone down. This clearly shows their intent of not providing the services. My bed storage boxes are lying outside and my room is not in a livable shape.
I appeal you to please hear me out and if possible help me return my money by taking their product back. I am very frustrated with their services and wouldn't want any products from them
