- Product damaged via service center Open
This is regarding complaint of motorola company. their was some issue my moto z play then i called to motorola customer care regarding the same issue then they refered me to authorized service center which is located in tilak nagar new delhi. please note that before submitting my mobile in that service center as my mobile was in new condition and everything was working very fine, only the charging jack of my phone and my charge also was burned during charging. after submitting my mobile for repairing i usually called to them what is the status of my mobile and when i can have my mobile but they always gives excuses like mobile part is not available and we ordered mobile parts. they did same thing everytime whenever i went there and called them. after ** days when i get my mobile back, my mobile was not working good. i am facing so many problem in my phone like
*) Turbo charging function not working
*) Mobile is always hanging.
*) Battery is draining so fast. battery backup of mobile became very worst.
*) Softwares not working properly
*) Always it shows charging on even it's not connected to the charger.
all above mentioned problems are occuring after getting back my mobile from service center. after all these things wheneve i called to motorola customer care for assistance on this they says that submit your mobile again in authorized service center then we will take futher action. so please help me and take appropirate action on this as i am very much mentally disturbed and frustated from there services.
