Pigeon Appliances - Product damage and exploded in the house

I have purchased one pigeon gas stove through amazone and it got delivered on Aug** ****. After using * month, last tuesday it got gas leakage and suddenly it got fired and LUCKILY my family got escaped. By fire my youngest child got feared heavily and got fever for two days. After this incident i have approached Amazon customer service and they provided Pigeon service number and at that time they have not responded to my issue.
After one day i hv escalated my issue Amazon product rating and suddenly Amazon gave correct contact details and i have contacted Pigeon service representative through mail. They gave a service engineer's number and he hold i need to wait till his leave finishes because he is in containment zone and he may resume his work after **-** days.

Only because of Pigeon product issue, i need wait for around one month is not acceptable.

Kindly make a solution and also ask company to settle my losses.
