Daikin - Problem not resolved

Hello! I have bought Daikin *.* ton AC two years ago. Since then, we have faced some or the problem. But we managed by availing their free services. Recently we moved to another house, for which we called the Daikin authorised personnel to uninstall and install it in the new house. they did their job. Since then we have been facing cooling issues and the local technician from Daikin declared that the board is damaged and it would cost Rs.****. I wonder if it is our fault. The problem occurred after their technicians installed the AC and now we are asked to pay for it. I made multiple complaints with Daikin customer care and all they say is 'we apologise'. There was no one who attended our problem and on top of it, if we want to solve the problem by ourselves, Daikin doesn't allow us to do that. Only their technicians must resolve the issues. It is a mental torture to keep on calling and yelling at them. And physical torture to bear the heat. I am very upset with the product and with the service by Daikin. It is a failure.
