Rachit jain filed complaint against Daikin on May 13, 2019
Our Daikin split ac is not working. We have been requesting their hopeless authorised service centre by the name of Lord services based at Malviya Nagar, Delhi.
They visit on *th May **** and confirmed to come back the next day. Since then they are not doing anything. The lady on reception who picks up calls talks shamelessly rude and disgusting. They also issued us service order no **** against which they charged us visiting fees. But have not taken any action. They are harassing us as nobody else can fix this problem.
Even Daikin toll-free number and other numbers nobody is professionally helpful. We are based in green park extension, New Delhi.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
