Daikin - Not fixing a new AC under Warranty

Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your attention a fraud that has happened to me recently and that has left us in shock on how such a behavior can be exhibited by such a large company.
I purchased a Daikin AC * months back, few day back the AC stopped cooling after which I raised a complaint with the Daikin customer support(Ticket no. ******** , ********). The technician visited and said that he will provide the details with the company and will then be advised on the next steps.
Its been almost * week and no one has supported. I am only writing emails and calling the customer support but still no resolution provided.
