I got my car service from Go Mechanic, Workshop name Insta Car Care - Paschim Vihar on **th March ****. The bill charged was about twice the mrp of the spare parts, many had mrp stickers tampered.
I got many parts of local company but workshop charged for geniune oem part.
Also, the shockers used are not meant for my Honda Amaze because Monroe shockers have print of suitable for cars on it. As a result my suspension noise has came back and even more than it was before the service.
When i reacjed my hometown i went to Honda service they confirmed that whole work would have not costed more than **-**k that too in Honda geniune. Also they told me that all parts need to be discarded to solve the problem as parts are not meant for this car and are of local quality. I filed compaint aganist this on gomechanic app but they keep telling me that they will get in touch with the workshop and inform me but it has been a week and i have not received any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
