Gomechanic - Unprofessional services by Gomechanics

Hi Team,

I have opted Comprehensive Service and other materials/services with Rubbing and Polish service for my Maruti Swift Petrol DL**CW****.

Please find attached for the complete services request. I have been constant touch base with assigned Service Buddy – Kamal ********** for all required services and assistance.

In-spite of doing all efforts, I have to inform you that my Car is very poorly services,

*. No Car Wash/Rubbing and Polishing - It was not even Washed which is part of comprehensive service and there was no rubbing and polishing done when Car was delivered to me today. Car was super dirty when the handover was trying to be completed by the driver.
*. Car wasn’t properly fitted - Bonnet of the Car wasn’t fixed properly and it was covering over left hand side headlight
*. No Pictures/Videos of Service and parts replacement - I have asked for Videos/Pictures for Engine Oil and all Maruti Original parts which was replaced during the services, I have been assured that requested pictures/videos will be provided but so far nothing has been provided.
*. Useless Service Buddy - All the time Kamal is assuring to provide services but it seems nothing but fake commitment to me from GoMechanic team. Now there is a doubt built in my mind whether my Car is actually serviced? Or mentioned parts have been replaced at workshop?
*. No Complimentary items- I have been assured that complimentary Car perfume will be placed, but no surprise, this commitment wasn’t also taken care. WIPERBLADES replacement was part of Comprehensive Service but it was charged in attached bill.

I am really highly disappointed with myself because I opted GoMechanic over Original Maruti Service center for my Car service!!
