Flipkart - Prepaid order not delivered even after 3 months and no refund

Hi Team,

I ordered * Flying Machine jeans from Flipkart on **th May **** priced at ****/- and ****/-
Order ID: OD******************

It's a prepaid order and was supposed to be delivered between Jun *'**** and Jun **'**** but till date (Sept **th ****) it has not been delivered / cancelled/refunded. I am reaching out to customer care since Aug *th **** and everytime they say we cancelled the order and you will het refund in ** hours. Its been * months and they are repeating same story when we connect with customer support. Nearly ** Customer executives promised that money would be refunded in nect ** hrs
