Airtel - Prepaid No Deactivated without intimation

I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction over an uninformed action taken by Bharti Airtel Ltd wherein they have deactivated my Airtel Pre Paid No *****-***** without giving any prior intimation to me so that i may take any steps to get this no active as soon as possible.

I feel this is a totally ruthless act performed. I have been using this mobile no since more than ** years now. For the past few months i was not physically present in India. However i was using this no in the sense that i was receiving important messages through this no as it was registered in with Aadhaar No as well as with other key organizations like my Bank accounts were linked with this phone no. Also this no was also linked with Income Tax Authorties.

Consumer should have been informed by a warning SMS to undertake some actions to avoid such deactivation. However no such warning message or intimation had been given to me before deactivation.

When on August ** i observed that my Mobile no is not active i called customer service centre @ ********** and spoke to Mr Bhupinder, who at first told me that i can get this no activate by depositing Aadhar Card and by recharging the no. But later he told me that i can not exercise this option. Then i requested him to let me speak to his supervisor and i spoke to Mr Sanjeev Kumar who was in Escalation team who could not justify this action that why i was not being intimated before deactivation. On his inability to answer my Question my call was further transferred to another person named Sanjeev Kumar who was Sr Team Leader and even he was not able ti justify this action. When i asked him to provide me some evidence that a message had been sent to me for intimating me for such action he showed me his inability. So if a customer could not be satisfied for taking any action which would hamper his interest, there is no fun of spending so much money on creating such large teams of customer service.

Such an uninformed act from Airtel is causing me a lot of trouble as i am not physically present in the country and only through this no i was getting important updates regarding my Income Tax Account and Bank Accounts.

I would like to mention here that if i will sustain any financial loss because of this act of deactivating my no without any intimation and if would miss any important notice or instruction sent by any Govt Authority such as My Bank or Income Tax Authority or Aadhar related information, Bharti Airtel Ltd will be help responsible for such a loss.

You are humbly requested to provide solution to activate this no as soon as possible. I can send my representative to any Airtel Store to do away with necessary requirements from your end. I also believe that there is a grace period which is given to consumer before initiating such action and no such grace period is given to me. This no was continuously active and was never ever switched off for any prolonged period of time.
