Pitabas filed complaint against Airtel on Apr 4, 2019
I have converted my Airtel CUG Postpaid Number **** to Prepaid on Monday *st April. The Postpaid SIM was deactivated on Monday evening but the Prepaid number has not been activated yet. It's been more than * days since the Tele verification was done and the phone was restarted multiple times without any effect.

P.S:
Yesterday I had sent an email to the nodal officer, but they are not responding in a proper manner. I got a call from one lady and she was telling me that she is unable to locate the store where you deal with your new SIM card. The Modal officer is saying wait for ** hours. But now it's more than * days. My number is still not activated yet. It's really disappointment of service from Airtel.
