I had purchased Adidas Shoes from Adidas Store in Varanasri, Uttar Pradesh, India. But after * year , shoes stitching has got damaged from Rear portion where no external damage cannot happen. As this Shoes has been used in a sophisticated manner, I think it is quality issue of the product where it has got damaged within * year of purchase. i have already mailed to customer care of adidas who has logged my complaint with reference number: ********.
i need an amicable solution of this.
