Adidas - Return not getting scheduled

Even after raising multiple return requests adidas is not able to handle the case properly. I have been getting false assurances from adidas india regarding return request but none has come to collect the same. I am exhausted chasing their customer support and the tickets are being raised but nothing fruitful has happened.
