Practo - Practo has charged 500 extra for the lab test they have done with thyrocare

I recently booked a test and that has been done by throcare it's Arogyam-C which cost me around **** after discount but its original cost is only ****. This is really disappointing I can share proper links as well, refer below links for evidence

I approach their help centre and this is below they have replied.
