I have never registered in Practo. Some months ago, I had visited a dental clinic on my own wiithout Practo's involvement. However, now after so many months, Practo has somehow taken details of my transactions with the dental clinic and is asking me to pay for it now even though all the payment for all my procedures I had paid directly to the dental clinic since Practo was never involved.
How did they get my information?
How can use my information without my consent?
