PLANET SPARK - Practice class not working

*. I have made my payment on **th of April and requested for Class on **th and **th April, It didn't happen, on calling Nidhi Repeatedly, Class started on **th April
*. Out of my * hours class, the trainer took only * Hr ** min of class, * st day ** min and *nd day ** min( she said she wanted to go out). It is *: * class for which i am paying for ** hours.
*. I have been calling Planet Spark regarding my Practice class which I could not join from **th April and so far my issue is not resolved.
