- Postpaid plan change without notification Closed
I am enrolled to Airtel postpaid with *** monthly rental plan. March month I am charged for a monthly ***+** GST rental. I raised a bill clarification request over thanks app Complaint # **-************* but no response at all, I sent an email to ***airtel for bill clarification and no one seems to have resolved my issue they replies to my emails and asking apologies, i told them your apologies will not pay my extra charged amount. I don't want to pay my bill unless it is corrected.
