I live in Ahmedabad. My internet connection is not working from **.**.****. I have called on ***** ***** and made several complaints. However, nobody has bothered to return my call. I have also written two emails to Nodal Officer Ahmedabad on **.**.**** and **.*.****. Despite which my complaint remains unresolved. Fed up of the poor service, I made a request for disconnection of broadband at my residence. However, for that as well nobody has called or responded. I have also written to Appellate Authority on **.**.**** raising my grievance. Even after writing to the appellate authority my complaint remains unresolved. The only response that I am getting is that my complaint is escalated. However, nothing has been done till date. My work gets affected because of no internet connection from last ** days now. Just to check, I made a request on the you broadband website for new connection and to my utter shock and surprise, an executive called me in five minutes for new connection. It appears You broadband is interested in new customers and ignoring the existing customers..
