I have had my youbroadband broadband connection from last * months and not even a single day I have received my promised speed that is *** mbps. All I get is *-**mbps and whenever I call customer care all they say is sir please wait our backend team will call you. And the next day I get that my complaint has been closed without any information or solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
