The below mentioned attachment you can check your agent has misguided me wherein I was clearly asked by your agent that the connection feasibility is available or not at my location.
But he said yes connection available I was waiting for from the last * days with many follow ups your agent has given me the Installation coordinator number.
And when I called the installation guy said, Sir , we are not providing connection at your location due services not availablity..And now Last days I am taking followup for money back with the executive and customer care but not given proper response...attament attached
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
