Samsung - Poor Customer Service

I called Samsung customer support today to find out how I can get my cell phone screen repaired. The first person I spoke with, a technician named Carl, asked me about my race. He literally asked, "Do you have Asian blood in you?"

Once I was off the phone, I decided I should call back and report to a supervisor what this technician had asked me. The woman I spoke with asked if I could explain to her why I was calling. Since she was a technician and could have been a coworker of Carl's, I told her I would prefer to speak with a supervisor. She said that was fine. She put me on hold only to come back on the line a few minutes later and tell me she was having trouble finding a supervisor. She again asked me why I was calling, and when I told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor again she hung up on me.
