- Poor after sales service and poor cooling of product Open
On **th may **** we have bought hitachi *.* ton split ac.There was cooling issue in the ac from.starting itself.we hace complaint so many times,dealer comes bt did nothing.
After that on *rd sep we have complaint about the leakage of coolant from the ac compressor.
We have so many times for that bt till date no executive came.
We have already told them that there must ne some manufacturing issue in the ac at the time of buying..
Now they do not have even the spare part of that ac to change.
Its our request to plz replace that ac or they take back there ac and give our cash back.
