Hi ,
I took a bharti axa life insurance policy in june **** ..online... .Mostly details and benefits given by agent were over the phone. Once i bought the policy the RM met me and explained the policy again ..there were * points which caught my attention ...decide to discontinue it as it not seems to be in customer benefit .. Not the customer service are denying giving the logic of policy is locked up ... you had to return it with in ** days .No one told me ** days criteria.. also ** days is way too short for ** to ** years policy . Please help in revert my amount + Voxya service charges includes lawyer and etc.
