Bharti AXA Life Insurance - False information of getting a loan if I avail the policy from Bharti axa life insurance

I was told by some so called agent who claimed to be from Aditya Birla that I can get a loan if I buy policy from Bharti Axa. To clear the doubt I asked for his ID which he provided may be not true. I tool the policy of *.* lac split between * lac and **k. After receiving the policies when I asked about the loan he started tellings me rounds and rounds. Again I was asked to buy a policy as NOC, thats when I realised its all fraud. * months passed but no loan movement.
I never wanted to take that policy I just did for the loan. I don’t want to waste my money on this premium. I want my money back but I know these companies don’t have a policy but even if I can get ** percent it would be really helpful.
