Bewakoof Brands Private Limited - Policy Breach and Financial Loss on Bewakoof Order

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Bewakoof's misleading exchange policy and the resulting financial loss I have incurred.

Despite your platform explicitly stating a **-day exchange policy, this option was not available when I attempted to exchange the item for a different size. I was forced to return the product instead, which cost me ₹*** paid via voucher. This amount could have been easily avoided had I been provided the promised exchange option.
