I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Bewakoof's misleading exchange policy and the resulting financial loss I have incurred.
On [* June ****, oder no. ********], I placed an order for [Men's Blue Washed Baggy Distressed Cargo Jeans]. Despite your platform explicitly stating a **-day exchange policy, this option was not available when I attempted to exchange the item for a different size. I was forced to return the product instead, which cost me ₹*** paid via voucher. This amount could have been easily avoided had I been provided the promised exchange option.
Your misleading policy and lack of customer service has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I demand immediate compensation for the ₹*** I lost due to this policy breach. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the appropriate consumer forum and share my negative experience on all relevant platforms.
Furthermore, I will no longer be using Bewakoof's services and will actively discourage others from doing so due to your deceptive practices.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
