Bewakoof garment online delivered a product which is totally different from the product shown on website, even the texture, colour and everything.
I requested for return of the product and also attached the images on email and website.
They informed me that my images were irrelevant, although the images attached were perfect. They requested me to attach again but didn't give me any option to attach. Hence , I attached on email. But they didn't bother to reply or initiate the return and refund.
Kindly take action against the company.
