- POCO is not repairing my device Closed

I have bought my device Poco X* Pro for **k *year *months ago . Recently it is dead due to official update on it , further leads to motherboard dead. Even I had submitted my device ** days ago in service centre , but today I call Poco customer care they told me your job shet is cancelled by service centre( not telling me the reason) . Now I am in fear that they further take my device for another ** days . Please help me out from this , I am suffering a lot , suffered my studies and also other activities . I want refund or device's replacement . Thank you
