This an email regarding the refund request for my both kids which raised on **th AUG with Request ID :******
i enrolled on AUG *st by paying **k for **-** classes
my kids attended * class and later this is not feasable for my kids so we canceled it and send an email to Planet spark and they confirmed the refund through email(attached as a an evidence) it now more than * months when i call customer care they saying it will be refund by end of this month" but its now more than * months my money not refunded yet
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
