I have ordered GUESS Brand purse from Myntra on *th February **** which cost Rs. **** and original price is Rs. ****
I have received a wrong product I have raised a complaint for return they asked me to wait till **th February **** to resolve. After **hrs from the time I have registered return they approved pickup because it was a mistake from there end.
A delivery boy was assigned he came to pickup the order and he denied to take the bag because it doesn't match the original picture of product and he even torn the main packaging
From past * days daily I'm getting message out for pickup but he deny to come and at the end of the day I receive a message customer has rejected the pickup
I have made all the calls to Myntra Customer Care they told me earlier it will resolve till **th Feb now it's extended to **th Feb
They tell me to check help section for there reply when I check it shows complaint is closed my customer approval which I haven't done and till date I haven't received any single reply from them
