Shefali filed complaint against Zara on Dec 9, 2022
I returned * items to zara and they picked up by ecom express’s employee successfully where I received text also for confirmation, annd I have proof also of successful pickup.
I called zara multiple times, they are saying items have not reached to their warehouse they can’t do anything about it. I request you to please investigate through the same person who picked up the items on this date and contact no. From my house that day.
Because now I don’t have items nor my refund , I can’t bear this loss because of somebody’s carelessness or negligence.
can you please look into the matter as I would not let it go easily as it is about my money which I work really hard to earn.
