am writing to discuss an unfortunate experience I recently had with a
product I purchased from Flipkart,
On [*th May], I purchased a sofa set worth ***** online .
I have waited for almost * month to get the product when I received it I saw its been
damaged and different coloured one.
June *th I received the product on the same day I had initiated for refund.
Pick up was suppose to be done by June ** and refund must have been processed by June ** th.
But I’m not getting any support from them they are just extending the time every * days and pick up is still not completed and refund is not done.
I’m looking for a compensation and refund of my amount.
