OYO TOTAL HOLIDAYS - physical pain mental agony and trauma

Please note OYO Total Holidays behaviour with me.
*. Ms Sonia called me for Goa package which was costing *****/-.
*. Mr Sourav Sharma convinced me for the same saying he will return me Rs. ****/-.
*. Then I paid advance Rs. ****/- and got Package ID.
*. After that, the unprofessional behaviour from Ms Sonia and Sourav started. I kept on asking continuously for my package details and confirmation but did not receive any update.
*. Ms Sonia told me that the said property is sold out and I have to go with other property at a higher rate.
*. I deleted some items from my itinerary and confirmed package at *****/-.
*. Then also Ms Sonia didn't confirm the package.
*. Ms Sonia and Mr Sourav were avoiding to connect with me.
*. Then Mr Himanshu entered in conversation saying he is the supervisor of Ms Sonia and I can contact him anytime.
*. Somehow my final deal was *****/-.
**. I received the wrong link saying no advance payment and was asked to pay *****/- whole amount. After contacting team they said not to worry pay the only remaining amount and I did the same and received package ID.
**. After that, I kept contacting their team to send me a voucher but they were just avoiding me continuously.
**. On the date of my journey **/**/**, I received the wrong voucher and intimated the same to the team then received the right package without driver and cab details.
**. I kept calling the team till *:** am of **/**/**** and was assured that I shall get details in some time.
**. In the morning there was no message from their side.
**. I reached Goa at *:** am without any cab details and got my relationship officer detail as Nadeen. He was also helpless to contact me on the same and said my package is cancelled I shocked to know this.
**. Finally, I booked a cab and went to the hotel on my own. Nobody from their team Mr Nadeen, Mr Himanshu
Mr Sourav and Ms Sonia were picking up my calls.
**. When I reached the property named Morijim Beach Resort. I was shocked to know that my booking is not confirmed with them. Later on, somehow I managed to get into the hotel.
**. After continuous calls and follow-ups from my side, I got cab details and latter want journey went well.
But it was so careless and harassing way of business and I had to go with a lot of mental trauma. I have called these all minimum ***+ time. So careless and unprofessional behaviour from their side sees you soon in consumer court and wait and watch what I do on social media.
