I have booked bali honeymoon package. Two representatives shubham and nitika gupta coordinated with me. They sent me itinerary. I have finalized and they demanded **** rupees for booking. I have transferred that amount to the. After transferring the money, they are not receiving my calls. Shubham became online in whatsapp, replying me but not receiving my calls. I contacted Customer care several times and every time they say, nitika is not available and shubham is busy in meeting. What the hell is going on. They really frustrated me. I wanted to cancel my package with oyo and want my money back. Please help me to sort it out.
