Booked an honeymoon package via OYO total holiday.There was no support for my issues. Before making payment I was given utmost importance but after payment no one ever responded to my query. I got my tickets late. They booked different low-cost flight and also gave only **kg baggage allowance instead of **kg which was promised. That same airlines lost my baggage. This was the worst customer service I have ever faced
