Yesterday night I updated my phone and today morning when I woke up it prompted me to restart the phone. I did then the pin I enter it shows incorrect pin.
I'm entering the correct pin. I talked to their officials.
They advised me to reset the phone. Which in turn will wipe all my data. I have some priceless and personal data. Why should I lose my data because of them?
It's a technical issue from their end. I'll file a case against them in consumer court.
