It's my claim id for poco m* pro CLJPJ*********** ..I file a claim and due to miss communication I send you poco x* mobile ....it's ** days phone reached your service center ..I informed you many times with this regard but no response from your side please send me my mobile without repair ..now concern team never responded to me please return my mobile
