This is very unfortunate to say that I am highly dissatisfied by the service offered by Oyo. I booked my room (Booking Id: LVEM****) and I made the complete payment and received the message that my hotel has been booked. After receiving the message, I booked my travel tickets.
After some time, I came to know that my hotel has been cancelled by Oyo. I called customer care service but they started making me fool by giving a nonsense reason. They even closed the issue without providing any solution. Such type of behaviour from Oyo is really heartbreaking and disgusting. Later on, I raised a complaint and it was resolved.
Now, again after * days, it started showing that outstanding amount of Rs. *** is due. I don't know why this thing is happening again and again with me and this is a kind of mental torture Oyo is giving to me.
Such kind of acts is really unacceptable and it is really hampering my journey. Kindly provide its resolution and make the outstanding amount as zero as I have already paid the amount which was asked at the time of booking. Kindly provide the solution as soon as possible.
