Hewlett Packard - PC replacement or repair not undertaken

I had purchased my brand new HP AIO **-DF****IN computer on ** Sep ** for my daughter’s birthday. Since then I have faced issues wherein the computer was not booting up. Therefore I had taken it back to my vendor M/S AR COMPUTERS in Vasco-da-Gama first on ** Sep and then for a second time on ** Sep **. Wherein, the OS and antivirus were uninstalled and reinstalled all over again.
However the fault was still not rectified as the PC was again unable to boot up correctly on ** Oct **. The details of PC are as follows:-
HP AIO **-df****in
S/N # *CC****V*R
P/N# *V*X*AA#ACJ
Thereafter, the complaint was raised with HP on ** Oct ** case number **********. Till date there is no repair or replacement that has materialised. hence leaving me with a brand new unservicable PC for the past two and a half months.
