Paytmmall.com - Paytm Mall delivered damaged monitor and not replacing

I purchased a **" LG monitor from Paytm Mall on **-Sep-****. It was delivered on **-Sept-****, as soon as I opened it, I found that the product was damaged and it was a broken monitor. I immediately called the Paytm and register my complain. I uploaded the photos of my monitor/packing. Company representative gave me assurance that my monitor will be replaced very soon. It was scheduled to be pickup on **-Sept-****. It was not picked up and I found that in the app the status was changed to 'Pickup pending'. When I contacted the Paytm team, I was told that they did not receive pictures and few other information and asked me to upload again. I uploaded images again and A new date of pickup was provided on **-Oct-****. A pickup person came to my home and told that he is on bike and can not carry this monitor, he will send a vehicle in a day or two. I informed the Paytm Mall team and I was again assured that they will take some action immediately. Today, in the app the status is changed that my request has been rejected and they will not replace the monitor. I spent *****/- and looks like all my money is lost. Could you help me to get the product replace?
