Paytmmall.com - Refund

Sir I have ordered a trimmer from paytm mall worth rs**** something , the order has arrived to my desired location but when I open the box I found wrong product , after few hours I returned the product and make a complaint against seller to paytm costumer care . They assured me that my remaining amount will be processed with in ** working days . After ** days days they send me a message that we don’t have bank details you have to fill up the form they provide . I filled the form and I got a text message saying your bank details are saved and we are working on it , within ** hrs your refund will be reflected to your bank account. After ** hours I check my account and found that there is no money returned . I called to paytm mall customer care no they said we are working on it and you have to wait for ** hrs . I waited for more than ** hours and check my account it’s the same thing happened there is no money . I again called to costumer care , they ask me to wait for ** hrs . I waited and same problem occurs again. I mailed the paytm mall team , they always said they are working . And now it’s been near * and half months , I’m begging for my money . Please dear sir/madam take a legal action towards paytm mall . I want my money back . I mailed more than ** times but they always give excuse we are working on your order. I have all the call logs and mail which I sent to the paytm mall team.
