Paytmmall.com - Refund not processed against the cancellation of Online Order

Hi,

PaytmMall.com is not refunding my order charges after placing my cancellation request on a very next day of placing the order.

The product was never delivered to me and paytm not able to show me any proof like Delivery Challan with receiver signature on it?

As per the attached screenshot I have placed the Order-********** on **th Nov and then realized the wrong product was selected so immediately placed a cancellation request on **th Nov without any delay.

On **th Nov, I again placed a new order-********** then with correct product.

Kindly arrange to refund my amount in my account.
